This feature will allow your customers when they visit your site, to choose if they would like to chat with one of your employees online, using similar method to the one used on the usual online chatting
Receive phone calls thru your site:
This feature will show an icon on your website, to allow customers to easy call you without even knowing your phone number, the customer will actually complete the phone contact using his own phone, but the feature will allow the customers to initiate the call thru the site. (Paid monthly membership with specific
