~ Commerce Graphix may legally use services from third parties to complete any client project
~ Some Offers, Services, Products and/or Features could be limited or not available according to the type of server or the type of software used in the client project (site)
~ Client has the full responsibility to inform Commerce Graphix about all needed Services, Products and/or Features before Commerce Graphix starts the actual work on the project, Commerce Graphix will choose the type of the software and server to complete the project according to those needed features and services, once Commerce Graphix start the actual work on the project and once the software and server setup is done, Commerce Graphix may not be able to add any more features
~ Commerce Graphix just offers all clients a compatible service with PayPal, Google and other merchants. Commerce Graphix does not offer merchant accounts, and does not setup any merchant accounts, setting up the merchant account is the responsibility of the client
Using PayPal and Google check out services may be limited, not valid or not applicable on some plans, and could be limited to some servers or software types
~ To use PayPal or Google check out services, Client is responsible to provide Commerce Graphix with his account information with those providers
~ Real time shipping calculations is limited to some carriers, and is available in some selected plans.
~ Commerce Graphix does not provide tax rates or tax rules, it is the client responsibility to provide the most updated legal rates, according to government and state rules, Commerce Graphix will setup for the client only the first applicable rate, then will instruct client (in how to add more rates) for counties, cities or zip codes (according to the software used to build the site), and how to change these rates in a future
~ The special offer (The first 75 products main image design) is available only for 30 days after the date of completing the client project (the date client receives his own access to the site). client must provide Commerce Graphix with all the needed images within 30 days from that date, Commerce Graphix will not search products images over the internet, also Commerce Graphix will not photograph those products and will not buy these images for the client, Commerce Graphix will only graphic design those images to match the site style and dimension.
~ Commerce Graphix does not collect any monthly fees to complete the client project, if any annual or monthly fees is collected from client, this will be to cover the monthly ongoing services offered by Commerce Graphix or by any other third party (example: Hosting Server / SSL Certificates/ support / etc ...)
~ Any Support, Hosting and/or Standard SSL Certificates fees collected in monthly bases, could be waived if client is enrolled with Commerce Graphix or one of Commerce Graphix partners (Graphix Image or Impulse Mailer) in one of the offered monthly online marketing services
~ Commerce Graphix does not setup a shipping account to the client with any providers or carriers, setting up this type of accounts are the responsibility of the client

~ Commerce Graphix will gladly instruct clients the basics of their site for up to 5 hours (one on one coaching), on a maximum of 2 sessions in a Commerce Graphix location. Commerce Graphix offer is to only instruct 1 person (one on one) per project (site) per client, however if client would like more people to attend these 1 or 2 sessions, Commerce Graphix will gladly accept 2 more people. (The bottom line is: Commerce Graphix will coach max 3 people, on max 5 hours, on max 2 sessions)
